At New Leaf farm we grow 3.5 acres of vegetables. We plant over 40 varieties with a focus on high quality salad greens for our weekly farmers markets. We also specialize in snap peas, head lettuce, kale, bok choy, salad turnips, carrots, garlic, specialty potatoes and heirloom tomatoes.
All our crops are grown organically, without the use of synthetic fertilizers and chemical sprays. Instead, we use innovative tools, creative practices and organic inputs to produce high quality vegetables.
